With over 18 years in Atlanta and in the events and hospitality industry, Dillard aims to please with an
attention to detail, exceptional customer service and an overall enthusiasm, no matter your HOME,
the EVENT or LIFESTYLE management need you may have.
An Ohio native and a University of South Florida graduate, Dillard then moved to Atlanta to experience the big city lights and all of the exciting opportunities it has to offer. It didn’t take long before Atlanta became home and the hospitality industry became a quick passion and a natural choice for him to flourish.
Dillard developed his love for the hospitality industry while at one of Atlanta’s premier catering companies. While gaining familiarity with the catering industry, he also continued his commitment to deliver on a quality product and exceptional service at many unique event venues and homes. From here, Dillard fine-tuned his management skills as the Event Manager at Zoo Atlanta, where having the knack for challenging logistics and entertainment objectives was imperative. Continuing to invest in his field, the move to the design side of the event business became his natural next step in bringing any event to life.
From the magnificent to the mundane, a keen sense of understanding a client’s vision is always Dillard’s objective. And being that Concierge services are no longer just for the corporate executive, platinum cardholders, or the luxury hotel, Dillard then embarked on taking this concept to anyone wanting to better manage their personal time, career, family and hobbies. So with The Concierge Guy, a customized, approachable, and a one point-of-contact type of service evolved.
Now living in Atlanta’s Poncey-Highland neighborhood, Dillard can be found enjoying the area’s many culinary and entertainment delights. And when not working, a visit to the Florida beaches with family or hanging out with friends and a movie is always a must.
